Paul Tippets is the Founder and Broker of Summit 23 Realty, bringing nearly three decades of real estate experience, leadership, and brokerage management to the company.

Licensed in real estate since 1998 and a broker since 2004, Paul has built his career around helping people succeed in real estate. His experience includes residential sales, new construction, brokerage leadership, agent development, recruiting, training, compliance, and risk management. As a producing real estate professional, Paul ranked among the top 5% of agents in his market and has been involved in more than 1,000 home sales throughout his career.

Paul's passion for coaching and professional development has also been a defining part of his career. As a Buffini & Company Certified Mentor with more than 20 years of mentoring experience, he has helped both new and experienced real estate professionals strengthen their skills, build sustainable businesses, and better serve their clients.

Paul founded Summit 23 Realty with a clear purpose: to create a locally led brokerage where agents have the tools, training, coaching, technology, and broker support they need to build successful businesses while delivering an exceptional experience to their clients.
